Farewell to over fifty international students who studied one semester at the UM

A goodbye lunch was organized to bid farewell to the international students and to Uruguayan students who will study abroad next semester

The UM International Affairs Office celebrated the end of an exchange semester. In between March and December, over fifty students from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, the United States, Finland, France, Holland, England, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and Russia studied at the University.

Forty Uruguayan students who will go on exchange next semester also participated in the event. Before lunch they spoke with representatives of the UM International Affairs Office, who gave them recommendations in order to get the most out of their experience in another country. These students are destined to France, Norway, the United States, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, Portugal, Austria, Canada, Finland, Turkey, Switzerland and Czech Republic.
